Applications

Hydraulic Lift & Elevators are the foremost application for these pumps. However, over the period, these pumps have been used for the other listed applications here on this page.

These pumps can be used in all cases where in the pump is installed in submerged condition with submerged motor or pump is installed in submerged condition but motor is installed in outside dry condition. These pump work seamlessly at 1750 / 2900 / 3500 RPM for all oil actual pumping viscosity from 10 cst to 400 cst.

Always check the below 5 conditions before selection the SEIM Pumps for any application:

1. Pumping Oil Temperature has to be between 5 deg C to 120 Deg C and must be Hydraulic Oil or Lubricating Oil.

2. Pumping Oil Viscosity has to be between 10 cst to 440 cst at all times.

3. Oil Filtration Level should be minimum 60 microns on pump suction side, and should not have any abrasives. Typically application which involves pollution to oil, or dust ingress into the oil either directly or indirectly, must not be used.

4. Pumps are not subjected to more than 80 bar / 50 Bar of continuous pressure or 120 Bar / 75 Bar of Intermittent Pressure under any conditions.
