SEIM has mastered the technology of the rotor profile for Triple Screw Pumps to be silent in nature, pulsation free, rolling and close clearance for the best of volumetric efficiency possible in class, with yields them higher overall efficiency making these pumps consume less electrical power and ensures when running they remain as silent as possible in the family.
SEIM manufactures & quality control this product entirely in-house. The pump rotors and bodies are produced using high-quality robotic machines and undergo untouched, error-free quality inspection on CMM before being assembled, ensuring unparalleled quality.
Post the assembly all the pumps (100%) are tested on the robotic test bench recording all the parameters before the pump bodies and flanges are integrated. They are machined entirely on one set-up only in order to keep the best tolerance class for concentricity and squareness.

Core Technology
- Three Rotors: The pumping element consists of a central Power Rotor (Main Screw) and two symmetrically opposed Idler Rotors which turn in their precisely machined housing bores.
- Continuous Meshing: The double-start screws on the rotors continuously mesh to form sealed delivery chambers.
- Axial Flow & Displacement: As the rotors turn, these sealed chambers move constantly from the suction side to the discharge side, creating a continuous, positive displacement of the fluid.
Key Advantages:
- Pulsation-Free Flow: The constant volume and uniformity of the movement ensure an exceptionally even, non-pulsating axial flow, which is vital for lubrication and sensitive systems.
- Silent Operation: This smooth, axial flow results in near silent operation and very low vibration, even at high speeds.
- High Suction Power: The design principle and accurate screw profiles provide excellent suction capability and self-priming ability.
- Hydraulic Balancing: Axial and radial loads on the rotors are self-compensated or balanced by the design and hydrodynamic film lubrication, enhancing life and stability.
Quality and Manufacturing Excellence
Pumpsquare maintains high-quality standards by focusing on precision engineering and robust construction.

Precision Machining
The bores and screw tolerances are closely maintained, which is crucial for minimizing backflow and maintaining a hydrodynamic thin film lubrication between the rotors and the casing. This precision minimizes wear and maximizes pump life and efficiency.

Quality Materials
Pumps are constructed using premium-grade materials tailored to the application. Typical materials of construction include:
- Pump Housing: Cast Iron, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel.
- Rotors/Screws: Nitrided Alloy Steel, Hardened Steel, and Surface Treated Steel.
- Seals: Single Unbalanced Mechanical Seals or Lip Seals with elastomers like Viton/Nitrile, ensuring isolation of the pumped liquid from bearings.

Continuous Duty
The robust design is suited for continuous duty operations across a wide range of pressures, temperatures, and viscosities.

Maintenance & Versatility
- Easy to Maintain: Design features facilitate easy maintenance.
- Flexible Mounting: Options are available for Horizontal and Vertical mounting to suit different installation requirements.
- Protection: Pumps often include a built-in relief valve to protect against overpressure.
